What's here for Teens
Classes
Wednesday Night 7:00pm-
During the school year, we utilize two different formats to reach our students on Wednesday night. We alternate each Wednesday between Core and Huddle.
Core is when we come together as Junior High and High School classes and offer messages that will specifically impact each age group. This is a time for our students to feel the support of walking the Christian journey alongside of a large group of teenagers. The message is usually topical and challenging. Mediums such as video, music, drama, lecture, reflective activity, panel discussion, etc are used in hopes to reach the students in different ways.

Huddles are an opportunity for us to break into smaller groups. This year, we have chosen to break our Huddle groups into boys and girls by grade. This is an opportunity for our students to study and talk about God's word in a more intimate environment. We have found that this is also a less intimidating environment for students to contribute to the discussion. These will take place in our High school and Junior High rooms as well as rooms in The House. If you aren't sure where to go, or have never been assigned to a group, just come up to our High School Youth room and we will be happy to help you find your way to your Huddle Group.
Sunday Morning 9:45am-
On Sunday morning, we have a Junior High Class and a High School class. Each class will have a focus for each quarter. We also rotate teachers each quarter in these classes.

High School- In the High School class this quarter, we will betaking an in-depth look at the Life of Christ. We will look at the evidences of Christ, His Claims, Works, Humanity, and Divinity. The question we want to address in this quarter is"Who is this Jesus, and how will you respond to him?" When we are one hundred percentsure of who Jesus is and what that means for my every day life, it makes following Him our number one priority in life.
Jr. High-
This quarter we will be looking at people from the Old Testament. While looking at each person's life, we will study how they lived out particular attributes of the Christian walk. We will teach students about how these are qualities and attributes that we need as modern day Christians, and what our lives would look like if we applied them today.
